The use of tests

We use tests as dialogue tool for the interview.

At DONG Energy, we use two types of tests during the application process. We test your personality profile and we do a cognitive test.

We use tests because they often reveals other sides of you than the ones we can tell from the application and during the interview. Therefore, we often use the test result as a dialogue tool for the interview, and there are no wrong answers.

 

​If you have completed a personality test, you can get personal feedback from one of our internal consultants certified in the use of tests. For confidentiality reasons, potential future colleagues will not participate in the feedback.

Finally, it is important to emphasise, that tests are only one of many inputs that we use when evaluating candidates.​
